The client previously faced challenges such as long delivery cycles for imported materials and high machining loss rates, urgently needing a stable supply chain partner.

Precision performance matching: To meet the client’s easily machinable requirements, the chemical composition was optimized, with appropriate additions of sulfur and phosphorus elements to improve machinability, resulting in a 20% increase in processing efficiency and a 15% reduction in tool wear rate. Through tempering treatment, the product hardness was ensured to reach 28-32HRC, meeting the requirements for long-term stable engine operation.
Long-term supply guarantee: An annual supply agreement was signed, establishing a safety stock mechanism. Production was scheduled in advance based on the client’s production plan to ensure a stable monthly supply of 30-40 tons of products, avoiding production line shutdown risks.
